Little People, Big World stars Jeremy and Audrey Roloff announced that they were expecting their fourth child three weeks ago. They made the announcement online with a video on Instagram alongside their daughter and two sons.
In the video, the whole Roloff family is seen standing in a line, before Audrey leans over and whispers something to her husband. After spinning Audrey around, Jeremy whispers the news to daughter Ember Jean, who then passes it on to the two boys.
The youngest, Radley, then starts repeating the phrase “big brother” over and over again. The clip ends with the whole family cheering and celebrating.

In the caption to the post, Audrey and Jeremy wrote, “Secret’s out… Baby #4 is on the way! We are so excited to be growing our family again and adding another little grommet to our crew.”
The post was then shared on both parents’ respective Instagram pages. The announcement quickly racked up over 282,000 likes.
Audrey and Jeremy Spoke Out On the Baby’s Gender
In the weeks following the announcement of their fourth pregnancy, Audrey and Jeremy have said that they were leaning towards finding out their baby’s gender. Audrey revealed this in a Q&A on her Instagram Stories last Monday. She explained that she had not known Radley’s gender while pregnant with him.
She also confessed that she “didn’t feel as attached to Rad” during her pregnancy because they had not been sure on a name. However, she had known the genders and names of her other kids in advance. Which was why, she said, “in case this is our last time, I want to feel that connection more this time”.
Last year, another of Audrey’s Instagram posts hit headlines four months after the birth of Radley. She revealed that her third pregnancy resulted in an “extremely rare” en caul birth. This is a rare but harmless event where a baby is born while still within a protective membrane from the womb. Some time after Radley’s birth in November 2021, Audrey shared a post describing what happened to her. She said that it was her “first birth outside of the hospital.”
Audrey’s Third Labor Was a Difficult Experience
She also revealed that she “had a prior history of fast labors and postpartum issues.” However, she added that she and Jeremy had talked a lot with her midwives and had a great plan in place. Audrey explained that she experienced five days of contractions after reaching 40 weeks. This made her nervous about reaching the birth center in time.

Audrey said the third labor was different to her two previous experiences. When she finally went into labor, she “didn’t have the same feeling of the baby coming down, like with the other kids.” She recalled having “crazy back labor and lots of pressure with no feeling of progress and described it as painful and mentally hard experience.
According to Audrey, this was because she felt like she was pushing and not getting anywhere. However, she also described Radley’s birth as “harmonious” and explained that “all the uncontrollable puzzle pieces seemed to just come together”, and that “nothing felt raised or chaotic.” She continued her post by saying that “that golden hour after birth was pure joy” and wrapped up with “SO. MUCH. HARMONY.”
