Snoop Dogg’s 24-Year-Old Daughter Suffers Stroke

Snoop Dogg’s daughter, Cori Broadus, suffered from a stroke Thursday morning, January 18th, as reported by TMZ. The stroke occurred in the morning hours, and Cori was completely unaware of it until she woke up in the hospital. Doctors told her that she had suffered from a stroke that morning, and she broke down crying.

Cori Shared Her Experience on Social Media

In a series of Instagram posts, Cori posted about the experience. In one post, she revealed to fans that she had woken up in the hospital, and doctors were waiting to tell her that she’d suffered from a stroke earlier that morning. The photo itself pictured a hospital bed that Cori was supposedly resting in.

In another Instagram post, Cori lamented over why she had suffered from a stroke at such an early age. She stated in the post that she was 24 years old and wondered what she had done in a past life to deserve to experience a stroke at such a young age. The cause behind the stroke is still unconfirmed, and Cori is still receiving treatment for the stroke she suffered.

Cori also suffers from Lupus, an autoimmune disease, which she was initially diagnosed with at the age of six. Lupus causes your body to attack its own tissues and organs because it thinks it’s a disease. The inflammation that Lupus causes can damage several organs like your skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, and even your brain. Lupus can be difficult to diagnose since it mimics many other ailments. One of the most telling symptoms is a red rash that spreads across the skin. According to the Mayo Clinic, there is currently no cure for Lupus.

Cori Took a Holistic Approach to Her Treatment

Cori told People Magazine back in September 2023 that she had switched up her treatments for Lupus. Since the age of six, she’d been taking between 10 and 12 medications every day to try and ease the symptoms of Lupus. She didn’t want to be taking those drugs anymore, especially at such a young age. Instead, Cori started taking a holistic approach to her health. The treatment focuses on natural methods rather than pills. It involves drinking tea, taking herbs, and working out. She also added that she drank more water and has been sticking to the new treatment.

Cori told People that taking all those pills became a lot; she didn’t want to be a 24-year-old and on that many pills. When she started her new treatment program, she quit her pills cold turkey. Her hope is just to be okay, although she knows that isn’t going to be the case every day. For the majority of the time, Cori just wants to be okay mentally and physically.

Snoop Dogg has been supportive of his daughter throughout her struggles. In a People Magazine interview in 2010, he called Cori the toughest little thing he had ever met. She was accomplishing so much at school despite suffering from Lupus. He said that Lupus was winning the fight at the beginning, but now Cori was beating it.

Snoop Dogg has yet to release a statement about Cori’s stroke.

Nathan Speaks Out on Jenelle’s CPS Case

Nathan Griffith has reportedly spoken out about the recent CS investigation into his ex, Jenelle Evans. According to TeenMomFanz on Instagram, Nathan gave an exclusive response following the news that his Teen Mom ex is no longer being investigated. In his alleged response, Nathan said that he “just wants what’s best for his son.” Nathan is the father of Jennelle’s son, Kaiser.

When Nathan was allegedly asked by the fan page if he would be fighting for custody of Kaiser, he had this to say, “I’m not in a position to go to court. I just want what’s best for my son. That’s all I want.”

He was then asked if he was disappointed that CPS was ending the investigation into Jenelle and her husband David Eason. Nathan was reported to have said in response, “I’m not happy or mad. I think the agents did a[n] investigation and came to a conclusion based on the facts.” 

The fan page asked Nathan when was the last time he had seen his son. He allegedly answered that he had not visited his child in “over a year or more.” When queried about the state of his co-parenting relationship with Jenelle, Nathan allegedly stated, “We’re stable, we don’t fight. We haven’t fought in a long time.”

Jenelle Has Stood By Her Husband David

However, Jenelle has reportedly been fighting hard against the case against her husband, David. In Touch reported last week that Jenelle had described reports about David’s charges as “BS.”

After one of her social media followers reportedly claimed that she was “always the victim”, Jenelle bit back. The 32-year-old said, “I’m over here minding my own business, trying to post positive content and people are constantly trying to bring me down.” She added, “Guess you wouldn’t have anxiety of a new BS article gets posted about your family [two to three] times a week.”

According to In Touch, the Teen Mom 2 star’s comments were shared on social media just minutes after news emerged about her husband’s charges. On January 12, Jenelle posted that she lived in “the most corrupt place in the world.”

Her husband’s charges first arose concerning an alleged incident with Jenelle’s eldest son, Jace Evans, in September last year. This allegedly led to Jace attempting to run away from home for the third time. On January 10, the former reality star turned up at Columbus Superior Court, North Carolina, and was indicted. In Touch reported that Jace went into CPS custody, but Jenelle has stood by David throughout the allegations. She described what her husband was being accused of as “horrible”, but “not true.” 

After the alleged remarks of her ex, Nathan, were shared online, many commenters were critical of him for getting involved at all. One asked, “Why is his opinion even being asked for? He’s a deadbeat. He doesn’t matter.” Another wrote, “If you wanted what was best for him, you’d fight for custody.” 

In Touch reported yesterday that Jenelle has been visiting Jace in CPS custody over the last few weeks, according to an anonymous source.

Meri Brown Announces New Boyfriend

Meri Brown has announced that she has a new boyfriend on Instagram. On her 53rd birthday, she made the announcement. Meri shared four pictures of him, and in the caption, she shared information about him. She said that his name is Amos and that she’s been dating him since October.

She joked that he’s not 6 foot 6 or a pilot, which were two qualities that she previously said she wanted in a man. However, she did say that he loves Christmas as much as her and that they laugh together. Plus, she shared that her dog loves him. Finally, she shared that she had been keeping her new relationship to herself. In honor of her birthday, she wanted everyone to celebrate this new development in her life with her.

Amos Wasn’t Mentioned at Christine’s Wedding

This news comes just days after the second part of Christine’s wedding special aired. Christine Brown got married to her new husband, David, on October 7th. In the wedding special, Meri was asked about her future relationships. She shared that she hoped to find love again like Christine had and that she was happy for her.

Based on the timeline of Christine’s wedding, Meri and Amos were most likely already dating when her interview was filmed. Fans of Sister Wives believe that Meri kept the news of her new relationship private until after Christine and David’s wedding had finished airing to give Christine her own moment before announcing her own big news. Meri hasn’t confirmed that theory just yet.

Meri Will Likey Share More About Amos on Sister Wives

Fans quickly shared their opinions on Amos and just how different he seems to be from Kody, at least in terms of appearances. Both Meri and Christine have now dated men who were bald after being Kody, who is notoriously obsessed with his hair. This isn’t the first time that Meri has been seen with Amos.

Jenelle Evans CPS Update

On January 16th, The US Sun reported that Jenelle Evans’ kids, Ensley and Kaiser, will not be removed from her home. This announcement follows an investigation by Child Protective Services (CPS) into matters concerning Jenelle and her husband, David Eason.

Sources told the Sun that the CPS case against Jenelle and David had been going on for months. Investigators came to their home in North Carolina, and the CPS case included interviews with both children on multiple occasions. Jenelle and David call their property “The Land.”

A source alleged to the Sun that Jenelle’s son, Jace Evans, will never return to “The Land” again. This source said, “Jace will never go back to Jenelle’s home, not as long as David is there.”

The source also claimed that the outcome of Ensley and Kaiser’s CPS case is not connected to the CPS file on Jace. It’s also separate from criminal charges against David when he allegedly hurt Jace during a physical confrontation in September 2023.

CPS Questioned Jenelle About Her Two Younger Children

Last October, multiple sources informed The US Sun what had happened at a court hearing involving Jenelle. Jenelle was in court to fight her mother, Barbara, for custody of Jace.

The Ashley’s Reality Roundup exclusively confirmed that David showed up at the hearing. He was removed from the hearing and banned by the court from having any contact with Jace. Jenelle was stripped of custody. She’s no longer allowed to see Jace or speak to him unless Jace initiates the contact.

The Sun reported that the judge, a sheriff’s deputy, and a CPS caseworker began questioning Jenelle more about her two younger children. Sources also claimed that the caseworker berated Jenelle in court.

Allegedly, Jenelle was making it difficult for CPS to interview Ensley and Kaiser on previous occasions. As a result, the judge issued a court order to have Ensley and Kaiser interviewed by CPS away from “The Land.” The judge stated that David or Jenelle could not be present during the CPS interviews with their children

In court, the sheriff’s deputy also asked to obtain backup evidence, and the caseworker requested the judge to speak to Jenelle and David’s other family members. Allegedly, CPS thought that other witnesses might provide additional evidence of any physical harm occurring with the minor children. 

A source also claimed that “The judge asked a lot of questions about what Jace saw.” 

Last fall, the judge was taking allegations of physical harm against Jenelle’s younger children “very seriously.” In The US Sun’s October 2023 report, a source revealed that nine-year-old Kaiser had gotten into trouble at school. The source claimed, “Kaiser was suspended from school for a week recently. He’s in third grade. It’s not normal at all.”

David’s Case Fit the Description of a Serious Felony

Although the CPS case on Ensley and Kaiser has now been closed, David’s criminal charges were recently upgraded. The Sun obtained information from a court clerk. The clerk explained that cases in district court are generally traffic-related or low-level infractions. After reviewing David’s criminal charges, the judge determined that David’s case didn’t belong in district court.

Allegedly, the judge felt that David’s case fit the description of a more serious felony case. The clerk said, “They found enough evidence to take his case out of district court, where misdemeanors are held, and bring it to superior.” A source told the Sun that a grand jury heard David’s case on January 10th. He was formally indicted by that grand jury in North Carolina.

The Sun obtained court documents that specified the injuries Jace had sustained during his alleged physical confrontation with David. These court documents also say that David “willingly harmed” Jenelle’s son. The court document said, “The physical injury inflicted caused marks on their right arm and left and right side of the neck, and was inflicted by other than accidental means.”

Although David has denied all wrongdoing in the alleged physical confrontation, Jace allegedly told authorities and investigators that there were witnesses to the physical confrontation with his stepfather. An exclusive source told the Sun, “They had a Ring camera that captured the incident.”

Jace is now in the custody of Child Protective Services, and he’s been under medical supervision since November 2023.

Kendra Wilkinson’s Struggle with Mental Health

Kendra Wilkson recently opened up to People in an exclusive interview about her mental health.

It began with a frightening episode that happened to Kendra in September 2023. She recalled that her chest felt tight, she became short of breath, and Kendra described being overcome by fear. She told People, “I was in a state of panic. I didn’t know what was going on in my head and my body or why I was crying.” At that moment, Kendra claimed that she hit rock bottom.

TMZ reported that Kendra suffered a bad panic attack during the night of Tuesday, September 5th. She didn’t sleep at all that night. On Wednesday, September 6th, Kendra decided to check herself into the hospital. A TMZ source was on site when Kendra arrived at the emergency room. They claimed that Kendra was desperate for medical assistance, and Kendra was overheard pleading for someone to find her a doctor. Kendra’s rep confirmed to TMZ that Hank Baskett, her ex-husband, was by her side in the hospital while Kendra rested and received medical treatment.

Kendra provided more shocking details in her interview with People. The outlet reported that Kendra’s eyes filled with tears as she claimed that she was at risk of losing her life because of her depression. Kendra also said, “I was hitting the end of my life, and I went into psychosis. I felt like I wasn’t strong enough to live anymore.”

Kendra Didn’t Know How to Be Happy

Before the panic attack occurred, Kendra did provide some clues that her mental health had been suffering.

Kendra spoke on Melissa Gorga, who is best known as a star of Real Housewives of New Jersey. Melissa hosts a podcast, On Display with Melissa Gorga, and Kendra appeared on an episode in June 2023. Kendra confessed that she had begun to feel “so lost” after she got divorced from Hank.

She also discussed how she felt after her final reality TV show, Kendra Sells Hollywood, was not renewed. Kendra told Melissa, “It was impossible to be happy at that point. I didn’t even know how to be happy.” At that point, Kendra said she was left with no marriage, and no TV show, and she was forced to move into a much smaller house. Kendra told Melissa, “I didn’t understand what was going on, and all of a sudden, I had to do some intense healing.”

While Kendra said her two children gave her purpose, she no longer knew who she was. She had to face the demons of her past when she lived in the Playboy world as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends. Kendra told People, “It’s not easy to look back at my 20s.” She also revealed, “Playboy really messed my whole life up.”

A week after her trip to the emergency room, Kendra had to return to the hospital and was prescribed an antipsychotic medication. She also began therapy sessions three times a week at UCLA. There, Kendra started tackling all the unresolved traumas in her life. To make the situation harder, Kendra had been struggling in her real estate career. She said she was giving up and couldn’t find the light because it felt like there was no hope.

Hank Took Kendra to the Hospital

Kendra also revealed she couldn’t trust people anymore after her messy divorce. At the time, she cut ties with her family and many close friends. When she hit rock bottom, Kendra told People that she was forced to reach out for help. She said, “There was a moment where I looked at my ex-husband, and I said, ‘Take me to the hospital.’” Kendra revealed that was a crucial moment, saying, “To accept help that day and for Hank to drive me to the hospital was a huge day in both of our lives.”

Now, Kendra claims she feels more at peace about her split from Hank. She said, “Our whole marriage was on camera, and I don’t think we ever really got a chance to know each other. She claims that reconciliation is not in their future, but she’s also grateful that Hank took her to the hospital and stayed with her because he cares.

Kendra revealed they are co-parenting their son, Hank, and daughter, Alijah, really well. She said that she will always love Hank, and he’s the most amazing father she could ever have for her kids. Kendra explained, “That’s what divorce is about; we’re doing a really good job.”

Now, Kendra is refocusing on building her real estate career back up and being the best mom to her children. She is ready to find love again, and one day, she might even get remarried. Kendra claimed that a year ago, she was “body-shaming” herself, but she told People, “I’m living now.”

Kendra Is a Survivor

She believes she’s giving her kids and herself everything she’s got. She ended her exclusive conversation with People by saying, “I’m so proud of myself for battling this, and finding the solution, and getting the treatment I needed.”

Rapper couple Saweetie and YG have reportedly called time on their relationship. According to the Daily Mail, they reached the decision mutually after seven months of dating.

The outlet reports that a source close to the former couple talked to The Shade Room about how it all went down. The source said that they “both feel as though they’d be better off as friends.” The source also added that one of the issues the rappers felt their relationship was facing was how busy both musicians are with their respective careers. 

Saweetie and YG Made Their Relationship Public in May 2023

The Daily Mail reported that Saweetie, 30, and YG, 33, were spotted together in public as recently as last month when they were enjoying an outing together in Beverly Hills. They were also reported to be intent on working together on a joint tour, which would have included fellow artist Tyga. Those plans were announced last summer, but all three rappers eventually announced that they had canceled the tour in September. Both Saweetie and YG have had busy schedules of their own to keep up with.

Saweetie Has an Unreleased Album

Fans have been keeping an eye on the changes in Saweetie’s personal life. Many have been waiting for the delayed release of her debut album Pretty B Music. Although the project has been teased for years, it still hasn’t seen the light of day. 

Saweetie explained what was causing the hold-up in an interview with E! News last year. She said, “I’ve been through a lot of interesting experiences.” She continued, “So, I wanna put that all into my album in the most artistic and organic way.” Saweetie told E! The criminal case of Gypsy Rose Blanchard is notorious. Since her recent release from prison, we’re getting to know who Gypsy Rose’s father is.

Rod Blanchard lives in Louisiana and works as a ship captain for a marine transportation company called Edison Chouest Offshore. His second wife’s name is Kristy, and they have a son, Dylan, and a daughter, Mia. The U.S. Sun alleged that Dee Dee disputed Rod’s “presence and support” when Gypsy Rose was younger.

Rod discussed his relationship with Dee Dee in an interview with BuzzFeed. Her father explained that he was only 17 years old when he met Dee Dee, while she was 24 years old. He said they dated for around six months, then he found out that Dee Dee was pregnant.

Rod admitted to BuzzFeed that he was never really in love with Dee Dee, but after she told him she was pregnant, Rod took responsibility and married her. Although, their marriage didn’t even last until Gypsy Rose’s birth. Gypsy Rose was born on July 27, 1991. By that time, Dee Dee and Rod had already divorced. Rod also told BuzzFeed when he realized he’d gotten married for the wrong reasons. Rod said, “I woke up on my birthday, on my 18th birthday, and I realized I wasn’t where I was supposed to be.”

Prison Was a Stable Environment for Gypsy Rose

Gypsy Rose had a family reunion with her dad, stepmom, and half-siblings following her release from prison. However, she actually reconnected with Rod and Kristy during her jail sentence. Fox News interviewed Rod before Gypsy Rose was released. He said that he couldn’t wait for Gypsy Rose to get out of prison, and he wanted to build on the foundation of the relationship he’d started when Gypsy Rose was behind bars.

Rod revealed other strange details to Fox News, and it’s further proof of how dysfunctional Gypsy Rose’s life was with her mom. Rod said prison was like “a stable environment” for Gypsy Rose. During her incarceration, Gypsy Rose allegedly felt like she had some structure in her life.

Rod also said, “I’m keeping tabs on all of her accomplishments in school,” and he claimed, “It’s wonderful.” According to Rod, Gypsy Rose wanted to do well with her education during her prison sentence. She wanted to come out of jail as a better person. Rod revealed that Gypsy Rose knew she shouldn’t have done what she did. Her dad was referring to the plot that Gypsy Rose and her ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, hatched to end Dee Dee’s life.

Gypsy Rose Was Convicted of Second-Degree Charges

In June 2015, Dee Dee passed away in her sleep after being physically harmed with a weapon. Gypsy Rose was arrested for her part in the plot, and she was convicted of second-degree charges in 2016.

Before Gypsy Rose’s release from prison, Rod explained to Fox News, “I haven’t really talked to her a lot about how she feels about her mom.” Rod said he didn’t want to “be pushy” with his oldest daughter and wanted Gypsy Rose to “feel comfortable to open up to me about all that.”

That was another thing that Rod was looking forward to when Gypsy Rose was free. He said, “I just think it’s better to wait for her to get out and for us to get together so we can talk about some of those things.”

Dee Dee Was Jealous of Nicholas and Gypsy Rose

During her trial, the public heard shocking details of why Gypsy Rose conspired to end her mother’s life. From the time that Gypsy Rose was a young child, Dee Dee claimed that Gypsy Rose suffered from several life-threatening illnesses, including leukemia. The real truth was Gypsy Rose was healthy.

ABC 20/20 interviewed Gypsy Rose in jail in 2018. She said, “There are certain illnesses that I knew I didn’t have.” Detectives who investigated Dee Dee’s passing confirmed that Gypsy Rose was the victim of Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome. That meant that Dee Dee was faking her daughter’s serious illnesses to get sympathy for herself. In court, it was proven that Dee Dee lied about Gypsy Rose’s actual age, too.

Gypsy Rose told 20/20 that her mother would chain her to her bed and put bells on the doors. She also claimed that Dee Dee wanted to know if Gypsy Rose was doing anything behind her back, and that Dee Dee wouldn’t let her speak whenever they went to see a doctor.

When Gypsy Rose first encountered Nicholas in 2012, they started chatting on a Christian dating website. Gypsy Rose alleged to ABC that Dee Dee got jealous when she began chatting with Nicholas, and allegedly told Gypsy Rose to stay away from him. Gypsy Rose also claimed that she and Nicholas bonded over their love of Disney characters. She eventually admitted the real truth to her ex-boyfriend, and over time, they began to work out their plot to end Dee Dee’s life.

Gypsy Rose Celebrated Her Release with a Spa Day

As Rod explained to Fox News, he wants Gypsy Rose to feel comfortable in her new life outside of prison before they discuss her horrific upbringing. Her stepmom, Kristy, confessed to NewsNation that she was planning a far more relaxing event to celebrate Gypsy Rose’s release. Kristy said she was planning a spa day for Gypsy Rose. She said, “We’re going to get her pedicure, manicure, facial, haircut, colored if she wants.” Kristy said she’d be bringing Gypsy Rose shopping, too.

She also told NewsNation that they got a Christmas tree. Kristy said she’d gone overboard on the number of Christmas gifts she bought for Gypsy Rose. Since Gypsy Rose got released from jail eight years into a 10-year sentence, she enjoyed the holidays and a spa day even earlier than expected.

LeAnn Rimes Undergoes Surgical Removal of Precancerous Cells

On January 14th, LeAnn Rimes shared a message on Instagram about a personal experience that recently affected her life. LeAnn wrote that she’d undergone minor surgery to remove precancerous cervical cells.

LeAnn thinks that her situation is an important reminder to get annual screenings. These screenings can indicate changes in the body, including the very early stages of diseases like cancer. As LeAnn explained on social media, she got her annual gynecological screening several months ago, and that screening came back with an abnormal result.

LeAnn Underwent a LEEP Procedure

LeAnn also shared some personal information about her general health, writing, in part, “I’ve had abnormal paps since I was 17.” Ever since then, LeAnn admitted that she’s had regular screenings done so her doctors could keep an eye on any cellular changes that could be taking place. LeAnn was born in August 1982. She’s currently 41 years old.

She wrote on Instagram that her latest abnormal screenings indicated that LeAnn had high-grade cervical dysplasia. That’s the clinical term for precancerous cells. So LeAnn consulted with her doctor, and together, they decided that a “LEEP procedure” was the right course of action.

Taste of Country also reported details of LeAnn’s surgery to remove precancerous cells. Their article explained what a LEEP procedure is, according to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, also known as the ACOG. The ACOG defines LEEP as a “Loop Electrosurgical Excision” procedure. It uses a small wire loop, attached to an electrical current, to remove precancerous cells from the body.

It’s generally an outpatient procedure using a local anesthetic. In LeAnn’s case, she did elect to be placed under general anesthesia for her minor surgery. LeAnn was honest on social media about why she preferred to be under general anesthetic. Her Instagram message revealed, “I’ve had enough trauma in my life already, so I prefer to be out and comfortable.” LeAnn also wrote, “That, my friends, is advocating for your overall mental wellness and comfort.” She stated, “I HIGHLY recommend it!”

January Is a Difficult Month for LeAnn

LeAnn went through a deep personal loss in the past year. Her stepfather, Ted, passed away, and LeAnn mourned his loss on social media. She wrote, “Goodbye, Ted. rest well.” LeAnn said that her late stepfather’s “joy and childlike heart” will be ingrained in her own heart forever. LeAnn also wrote that she won the lottery when it came to stepdads, and she told Ted that she would love him forever.

She also described some other health challenges she’s faced in previous years, including various dental surgeries, and the recovery from severe bleeding on her vocal cords. LeAnn said these events were all depressing, and they all occurred around January.

LeAnn’s Instagram followers praised her for her honesty and health advocacy. One follower commented that they just went through the same type of precancerous cell removal a few years ago. They wrote, “Sending you love, light, and prayers for strength and healing. I’ve loved you since I was 10, and I’ll always love you and be rooting for you.” The follower also thanked LeAnn for her vulnerability. They finished their comment by telling LeAnn, “You are a force to be reckoned with, so those cells picked the wrong place to be.”

LeAnn Stressed the Importance of Yearly Screenings

LeAnn has been public with various mental health challenges, too, including depression and anxiety. Another physical issue she’s dealt with is psoriasis, and LeAnn said that her psoriasis has been a lifelong struggle. LeAnn’s statement about the importance of annual screenings and wellness checks was the focal point of her recent Instagram message.

LeAnn addressed her female and male followers on social media, writing, “So, ladies, please don’t put off getting your annual pap.” Then LeAnn wrote, in part, “My men, too…make sure you get your annual physical.” Although LeAnn also joked that men don’t need the same gynecological screening as ladies do, she included a helpful warning about early-stage cervical cancers. She explained that it doesn’t usually involve any symptoms. LeAnn wrote, “So annual screenings and early detection can be lifesaving.” She wants to take what she calls the “eww factor” out of talking about a woman’s body.

She believes that sharing her message on social media and having conversations about women’s wellness can put the power back in our hands, and we will “be able to take the best care of our bodies that we can.”

LeAnn recently completed a Christmas holiday tour, which is an annual event that’s been very successful. With a successful surgery completed, LeAnn is looking forward to 2024. She indicated that in her Instagram message, and this year, LeAnn wrote that she feels “joyful and easeful.”

Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean’s Plane Makes Emergency Landing

Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean recently flew to St. Louis on a private plane and had to make an emergency landing on the way back. MSN reported that, over the weekend, Luke did a live stream with Jason on Instagram, where they described the scary incident in detail. The emergency landing happened on Friday evening, January 12th.

Although Luke called the incident “tense,” and Jason said he feared the plane was falling out of the sky, they both seemed to be recovering well when Luke recorded the live stream. The live stream happened when they were going through a Dairy Queen drive-thru.

Luke Claimed That It Was Only 16 Degrees in St. Louis

Luke said that he and Jason went duck hunting in the morning. Then, they flew to St. Louis on a private aircraft. Luke confirmed that the plane landed safely. Luke said that he and Jason performed at the ATA show with Buck Commander in St. Louis. The ATA show stands for Archery Trade Association, and the ATA show is an annual event.

Jason said that the flight home was supposed to take just 30 minutes. He thought to himself that it would be “Easy, easy.” After the plane departed St. Louis, there was an alleged equipment malfunction. Luke appeared to blame some of the malfunctioning equipment on the frigid temperatures.

He said during the livestream, “It was so cold in St. Louis.” Luke claimed it was just sixteen degrees outside, and the wind was blowing about 40 miles per hour. He said that “some of the instruments on the plane were not working,” so the plane had to turn around for an emergency landing.

Luke said, “Yeah. It was a little tense.”

Jason even admitted that he feared the plane “was gonna fall out the sky.”

After they landed safely, Luke and Jason decided to rent a car and turn the journey home into a road trip. It sounded like Luke and Jason were in good spirits about everything during their livestream at the Dairy Queen. According to MSN, Luke even admitted to their location during the livestream. He said, “Now we’re on I-55 at a Dairy Queen.” 

Luke giggled during the livestream when he admitted that Jason was driving the rental car. Jason can be heard joking, “That’s ‘cause I don’t trust you to drive, actually.”

Luke and Jason Made the Best of a Bad Situation

Fans online expressed relief that Luke and Jason were okay after that harrowing situation in the air. One fan on Instagram wrote, “Can you imagine these two pulling up in the drive-thru?” Around 11,000 of Luke’s Instagram followers were online to watch the live stream.

Fans even got some inside information on what Luke and Jason ordered at the Dairy Queen since Luke kept the live stream going when they were at the drive-thru. Jason ordered first. He got a regular cheeseburger with cheese and pickles only, fries, and a Coke to wash it down. He also ordered a six-piece basket of chicken strips. Luke’s order sounded plain and simple. He asked for a number one with Coke. 

Luke and Jason had to make the best of a bad situation and ended up joking on Instagram that it was an “amazing day.”

Taste of Country solved the mystery of what Luke ordered at the drive-through. Someone from the outlet did a quick search of the Dairy Queen menu online. According to DQ’s website, the number one that Luke ordered was a cheeseburger with bacon. Taste of Country also did the math and said that Luke and Jason’s meal came to $29.78. During the livestream, It looked like Luke treated Jason to Dairy Queen.

Luke has new music and a new tour planned for this year. He’s also wrapping up his successful residency in Las Vegas. While Jason went through a professional scandal last year with his “Try That In A Small Town” controversy, according to NPR, he did manage to escape the winter weather over the holidays by taking a tropical vacation with his family at his beach house in the Turks and Caicos.

Kailyn Lowry’s Son’s Health Scare

According to The Sun, Kailyn Lowry’s one-year-old son, Rio, was exposed to a virus during a recent hospital procedure. Kailyn called the situation an “absolute nightmare” for her family.

The outlet reported that she was speaking with Lindsie Chrisley on the podcast Coffee Convos. Kailyn said she got a call from the Department of Public Health on Sunday, January 7th. Public Health officials allegedly informed Kailyn that Rio had been exposed to a “certain virus” when he was in the hospital on December 29th.

Rio was in the hospital to get tubes implanted, a procedure meant to help address his post-natal health conditions. Kailyn and her boyfriend, Elijah Scott, Rio’s father, have discussed these health conditions on her other podcast, Barely Famous. Rio was born in 2022, and after his birth, Kailyn and Elijah became aware that something wasn’t right.

People Magazine reported that in the delivery room, Elijah said that Rio was “barely breathing and also had fluid in his lungs.” Elijah also said he was worried about the baby. Kailyn started crying in the delivery room, asking if Rio was okay. Elijah told Kailyn, “Yes, he’s fine.” Kailyn said on the podcast that the baby “wasn’t fine.” Elijah told Kailyn, “No, but I’m trying to keep you calm and still trying to worry about him.” He also confessed, “It’s kind of traumatic in a way.”

Rio’s Health Scare

Kailyn confessed to panicking on January 7th after speaking with the Department of Public Health. Public Health officials advised Kailyn to isolate Rio from everyone else in the house until January 19th, but he had already been around her other kids at home for over a week. She said, “I start freaking out,” and her home life became chaotic. Her sons Lux and Creed had to be kept from school, and Kailyn’s regular childcare providers weren’t allowed in her house either.

Then, Kailyn alleged that she began to see signs of that alleged virus in Rio. Doctors advised her to go to a specific hospital, and Kailyn was put in an isolation room with Rio so he could get tested for the virus. Kailyn revealed to Lindsie that she was in that isolation room “for hours.”

Finally, Kailyn spoke with a doctor about Rio’s test. According to TMZ, she said on the podcast that the doctor told her, “Yeah, unfortunately, this does look like a positive case of XYZ.” XYZ isn’t the actual virus. Kailyn called it that because she’s keeping the specific virus a secret.

Kailyn got frustrated in the hospital due to alleged communication issues with the doctors and medical staff. She said the staff believed Rio had become infected “out of state.” Kailyn alleged that she had to correct the hospital staff for their misinformation. She said she explained to them that the hospital where Rio had his tubes implanted was just “up north” in her home state.

Kailyn also made a surprising statement during her Coffee Convos podcast. Although a doctor allegedly said that Rio’s test was positive, Kailyn said, “Anyway, long story short, he’s negative.” She also revealed that Rio “still has to quarantine.” Kailyn concluded that it had been a “rough start to 2024.”

Kailyn Kept Her Fifth Pregnancy a Secret

Rio is Kailyn’s fifth child, and she surprised her fans by keeping that pregnancy a secret. Kailyn Lowry now has seven children. She and Elijah also have twins together. They were born in November 2023. Kailyn had previously claimed she wasn’t trying to have any children with Elijah, and allegedly, her pregnancy with Rio was a “pleasant surprise.”

Kailyn made a conscious decision not to reveal she was pregnant with Rio. In an exclusive statement to People, Kailyn said, “I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline.”

Kailyn knew people were spreading rumors about her being pregnant with a secret baby. She told People, “I kind of feel like my hands are tied. People are announcing it for me, and so, at this point, I might as well just talk about it.”

Kailyn also admitted that her family, Elijah’s family, and their closest friends “all obviously knew” that they were expecting a child in 2022. Kailyn confessed that an intimate baby shower was held; she called it “incredible.” Family and friends who attended the baby shower were asked not to bring their phones. Kailyn said it was “a really great time to kind of disconnect.”

Ultimately, Rio’s birth was allegedly leaked by someone at the hospital, explained People. Kailyn even called the leak a “violation,” and she alleges that the leak is being handled “internally” by the medical facility where Rio was born. Kailyn said, “That was definitely one of the sadder moments,” following Rio’s birth.
