Morgan Wallen is speaking out following his arrest last month.
He was arrested in Nashville on April 7th after allegedly throwing a chair off of the six-story roof at Eric Church’s bar, Chief’s. He shared a statement on X, formerly known as Twitter, writing:
“I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chiefs. I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility. I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe. Regarding my tour, there will be no change.”
Morgan Wallen’s Arrest Didn’t Impact His Tour Schedule
The arrest happened a few days after he began his One Night at a Time tour, however, the arrest did not impact his tour schedule. His next tour stop was scheduled for Saturday, April 20th, in Oxford, Mississippi and went on as normal.
According to ABC Nashville, the incident occurred right before 11 p.m. on Sunday night, shortly after the CMT Awards in Austin, Texas.
Police witnessed a chair get thrown off of the rooftop bar at Chiefs and hit the ground on Broadway, nearly missing an officer on the ground. Witnesses recounted that Morgan was seen laughing after the incident before the police apprehended him.

Video footage corroborated both accounts of the incident, leading to Morgan’s arrest. He was held on a $15,250 bond, which he paid, and was released a few hours after the arrest.
Morgan Is Set to Appear In Court on May 2 and 3
Morgan is set to return to Nashville on May 2nd and 3rd for his first court dates. He is currently scheduled to headline the Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio, California, from April 26th-April 28th. It doesn’t appear as though his arrest will affect his ability to play Stagecoach.
If Morgan gets convicted of the three felony charges, he will most likely have to serve time in prison. He could face a minimum of one year in prison with a maximum of up to six years.
However, an attorney who spoke with People Magazine said that the chances of Morgan serving up to six years in prison for the incident are slim. Following the incident, fans speculated what caused his behavior.
Some wondered if it was due to his ex-fiance and baby mama, Katie Smith, getting married the day before. Others wondered if it was due to his losses at the CMT Awards.
He hasn’t spoken out about what caused his behavior at this time, but the story may come to light if the case eventually goes to trial.

Wendy Williams’ ex might be forced to give her back a lot of her own money.
Yesterday, the US Sun reported that the TV star’s guardian, Sabrina Morrisey, has filed papers relating to Wendy’s divorce from former husband Kevin Hunter.
Wendy Williams’ Ex, Kevin Hunter, Was ‘Overpaid’
The filing indicated that Sabrina claimed that Kevin was “overpaid” in his divorce agreement with Wendy.
The papers also reportedly showed that Sabina wanted a gag order issued against Kevin to stop him from speaking out about the case.
Wendy’s legal guardian claimed that, according to the settlement Wendy and Kevin agreed to, Kevin was no longer entitled to any of Wendy’s money.
Sabrina explained, “The payments to Mr. Hunter were to terminate if her yearly earned income is less than 2 times her then yearly income.”
Specifically, Sabrina claimed that this related to “any income paid as a result of her working on a show.”
The claim that was filed alleges that Wendy stopped being paid her full salary from her TV show in October of 2021.
This followed on from Wendy’s absence from the show for a full season.
However, the filing claims that Kevin continued to receive money after Wendy stopped getting paid.
According to Sabrina, “She continued to pay Mr. Hunter. He says in his motion papers … that he was paid through January of 2022.”
She continued, “As a result, he has been unjustly enriched by the receipt of $112,500 belonging to [Wendy].”
Sabrina then demanded that Kevin pay the money back, plus interest.
Wendy Williams’ Guardian’s, Sabrina, Gag Order Request
As for the gag order, Sabrina wished for the court to “increase the protection of this case.”
This meant that she did not want Kevin to be able to talk to the press about the ongoing proceedings.
Sabrina also asked the court to dismiss Kevin’s request to bring the case to court once again, and instead for them to proceed to an arbitration.
Kevin made his request last month, as reported in the Sun, after his payments were suddenly stopped in 2022.
This reportedly happened shortly before Wendy was placed under Sabrina’s guardianship.
In his court request documents, Kevin claimed that his mediation with Wendy outside of court had “failed”.
He went on to say that he relied on Wendy’s payments “for my living expenses and having been without this income for twenty-three months has affected me greatly.”
So basically, both Kevin and Wendy through her guardian feel like they’re owed money from each other.
Wendy Emphasized, ‘I Have No Money’
The standoff between them escalated after Kevin claimed last March that he had been promised access to Wendy’s financial records.
However, a source close to the mediations told the Sun in 2022 that the mediator had told Kevin, “The reality is that there is no more money.”
Wendy’s financial situation, as well as her deteriorating health over the last few years since 2019, has recently been documented in the Lifetime series Where is Wendy Williams.

So what really happened, and what kind of bombshell is about to be revealed?
The details surrounding all of the hints and allegations that Al B. Sure! has made about Diddy are absolutely shocking, so let’s not waste any more time.
Before we get into everything, it might be helpful to catch up on some background info first.
Al B. Sure!, whose real name is Albert Joseph Brown III, had a son with the late Kim Porter in 1991, named Quincy Brown.
Peoplemagazine reported that a few years after Quincy was born, Kim started dating Diddy.
But what exactly did that have to do with Al’s medical ordeal, especially when it happened two years ago?
In case you need a refresher, in July 2022, Al suddenly got sick and fell into a coma that lasted for nearly three months.
Since then, he’s spoken about the terrifying situation, although he’s never explained what caused it.
But when TMZcaught up with Al after his speech, what he said about the link between Diddy and how he ended up in a coma was truly unbelievable.
Al claimed that his upcoming project about his life story would get into the cause of the coma.
Was Al B. Sure’s Cryptic Post Throwing Shade at Diddy?
But even though he also didn’t want to say much about Diddy, he did talk about the cryptic post he had made on Instagram one day earlier, and where things stood with Quincy.
The day before, Al had shared an Instagram post that included an intriguing message meant for his son.
In the caption, he wrote that he loved Quincy and told him to come home.
Al added that his son would be safe there, and his door would be wide open.
Although it’s easy to understand why he wanted Quincy to get away from Diddy, his post was still a little bit odd.
Al was a pretty absent father for much of his son’s life, and Quincy has even called him out on it publicly.
But Al told TMZthat lately, they’ve been talking to each other on the phone more frequently and working on building their bond.
Interestingly, he also mentioned that he was happy that Quincy wasn’t at either of Diddy’s properties when the raids took place.
But why was Al making so many cryptic remarks and throwing shade at Diddy without explaining anything?
It turns out that he’s actually been dropping accusatory hints about Diddy’s scary, disturbing behavior for a seriously long time.

According to The Root, Al posted a puzzling message to his Instagram Story last November.
He claimed that he had been hopeful that somebody’s “grimy ways would dissipate with age,” but added that the unnamed person was “secretly part of the shenanigans.”
At the time, Diddy was facing several disturbing, new allegations.
So based on the timing and the claims, it seemed like Al’s message had obviously been referencing Diddy.
Believe it or not, Al denied that he had taken a dig at Diddy with his message.
That same day, he claimed that he hadn’t been talking about the recent allegations and had “no comment on anyone’s court case.”
That was honestly kind of surprising, considering Al had previously raised a lot of suspicions on his Instagram.
A few years ago, he seemingly suggested that Diddy might have possibly known more about Kim’s mysterious passing than anyone could have ever expected.
Al B. Sure! Believed That Somebody Purposely Ended Kim’s Life
According to Radar Online, in July 2020, Al made a couple of shocking claims in a since-deleted Instagram post.
Right at the start of the post’s caption, he made it clear that he strongly believed that somebody had purposely ended Kim’s life.
Al also revealed that when he learned about Kim’s passing, he hadn’t been expecting the news at all.
He said that at the exact moment he found out, it felt like his soul had abruptly left his body.
But what he wrote next was absolutely unreal.
Al claimed that he was certain Kim hadn’t suddenly passed away at 47 years old due to the official causes that had been reported in the news.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner had listed pneumonia and natural causes as the reasons for Kim’s passing.
But then, Al warned his followers that what he was about to expose next was going to get him in trouble.
Al explained that he and Kim had just celebrated their son Quincy’s “new deal, and his Christmas special with Netflix.”
He added that everything seemed fine, and she had even been laughing at his alleged exchange with Diddy.
Al’s Thoughts and Comments About Kim Porter’s Death
Al stressed that Kim was in “fantastic health” right before she passed away.
When Vlad TVpublished an article about Al’s startling post, another intriguing detail was mentioned.
Apparently, producer Easy Mo Bee had left a comment, saying that he was sending prayers to Al.
But when Al replied, he dropped another hint that was unbelievably cryptic.
Al’s response to Easy Mo Bee was: “We good, and will get through this as well. If not, we know who and why.”
It seemed pretty obvious that he believed that someone in particular had been behind Kim’s passing, and they could potentially go after him next for exposing their secret.
Shortly after Al made the post, he ended up deleting it.
But just one week later, he set the record straight about why he had chosen to completely remove it from his Instagram account.
According to a celebrity news blog, Rhymes With Snitch, Al had been asked by someone to delete the claims he had made about Kim’s passing for a devastating reason.
In yet another Instagram post, Al explained that after he spoke out about what he really believed had happened to Kim, Quincy reached out to him.
Why Al Deleted His Instagram Posts
He revealed that during their conversation, he learned that the pain his son was already feeling from losing his mom had been made worse by his bold, public claims.
Because Al didn’t want to cause any other emotional damage to Quincy, he decided to delete the post.
However, Al mentioned that he still firmly believed that Kim’s sudden passing made no sense.
And in November 2021, he shared another bizarre Instagram post about it.
According to HotNewHipHop, he said that before Kim passed away, she had confided in him about a situation that was seriously insane.
Al claimed that Kim had been that was apparently very dangerous.
Was Kim Going to Expose Diddy in Her Tell-All Book?
What’s really concerning is that at the time, she was rumored to have been writing a tell-all book that would have exposed unbelievable details about Diddy.
But what Al said next in his post was absolutely crazy.
Al added that after Kim talked to him about whatever it was that she was running from, he told her that she needed to call the FBI.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t long after their conversation that she tragically passed away.
Alleged Connection Between Diddy and the Cause of Al B. Sure’s Coma
It seems extremely weird that about six months after that post, Al almost lost his life when he mysteriously fell into a coma for months.
And after he woke up, he didn’t mention the strange details surrounding Kim’s passing again until his recent speech, when he also made the cryptic comment about Diddy.
It’ll be interesting to see what Al reveals about the alleged connection between Diddy and the cause of his coma.
Hopefully, he also gives more insight into what Kim was allegedly running from before she passed away.
But I guess we’ll have to just wait and see until the project about Al’s life story is released.

Apparently, it all started when she sent Usher to live with Diddy when he was barely 14 years old.
Now, you might be wondering why anyone would send their teenage son to go live with a middle-aged man like Diddy.

And apparently, he thought it would be a good idea for Usher to meet Diddy so that he could get a little bit edgier.
Diddy Was Running the ‘Puffy Flavor Camp’ At the Time
Now, at the time, Diddy was running the Puffy Flavor Camp, and this was what L.A. Reid wanted him to be a part of in the hopes that he could mentor Usher into being the huge superstar that everyone thought he could be before the voice issue.
Now, of course, the only person who could actually sign off on this arrangement was Jonnetta.
According to Jonnetta, sending Usher to the Puffy Flavor Camp was completely a business decision.
Not only that, but at the time, Jonnetta also said that she didn’t really know who Diddy was.
But at the same time, she added that she had done her homework on the men involved.
However, this was back in the 90’s, so there weren’t as many lawsuits against Diddy flying around.
This makes her decision to send her son away to stay with a man that she didn’t really know a little better.
But it still seems a little crazy.
Anyway, Jonnetta gave the go-ahead, and Usher was enrolled in the Puffy Flavor Camp.
And this wasn’t just any day camp.
Usher was going to have to travel to New York to go and live with Diddy.
Obviously, this all happened years ago.
But now, Jonnetta is finally opening up about it.

Jonnetta recently described just how bad it was.
Barely a year after Usher had gone to live with Diddy in New York, a controversy started between the two of them.
But it was not just any controversy — because it actually landed Usher in a hospital.
And apparently, he was fighting for his life.
Usher’s mom isn’t the only one saying this.
According to Culture Spill, Gene Deal, who was once Diddy’s bodyguard, has also said that it was because of a situation that Diddy had going on with Usher that Usher landed in the hospital.
Jonnetta is also saying that she didn’t know what was going on at the Puffy Flavor Camp.
But when Usher landed in the hospital and was fighting for his life, she apparently became aware of a lot of things that had happened to her son.
Rumors Spread That Diddy Gave Usher and Others Herpes
At the time, a lot of the rumors were saying that somehow, Diddy had given Usher herpes.
Back then, this was just a rumor.
But since then, several people have accused Diddy of giving them an STD, so it sounds a little bit more believable now.
And on top of this, Usher has also had a lot of people accusing him of giving them an STD, too.
So, these rumors just make a lot of sense.
And apparently, when Jonnetta found out that Usher was in the hospital because of an STD, it led to an explosive fight between her and Diddy.
And when I say explosive, I mean that it was a HUGE fight.
Why Usher’s Mom Never Filed a Lawsuit Against Diddy
At some point, Jonnetta supposedly said that she was going to file a lawsuit against Diddy for what happened to Usher.
But for some reason, the lawsuit never happened.
And this has led to a lot of speculation.
At this point, a lot of people think that Jonnetta should be held accountable for whatever happened to Usher while he was with Diddy.
Although obviously Diddy isn’t innocent in this AT ALL, Jonnetta was the one who sent her son to live with Diddy.
While she has claimed that she didn’t know who Diddy was, a lot of people have said that this isn’t really a good excuse.
She was supposed to look out for her son, after all – and not send him away with a stranger.
Also, she did say that she had done her homework on both Diddy and L.A. Reid.
So how did she not find out about Diddy’s parties and how wild they could get?
Because at the time, a lot of people were talking about the kind of parties Diddy threw, and they were not for the faint of heart if you know what I mean.
And to make it all worse, Diddy threw those parties in the same house that Usher had to live in with him at a young age.
Even Usher himself described the parties as wild and said that he got exposed to a lot of things.
Is Usher’s Mom Partially Responsible?
In fact, when he was asked if he would send his child to Puffy Flavor Camp, his response was an immediate no.
Which just doesn’t make Jonnetta sound like a very responsible mom.
Because she obviously DID send her child there.
Although she clearly didn’t have as much information as Usher now has.
But what’s also weird is that when Jonnetta found out about all this and had a big fight with Diddy, she was going to file a lawsuit.

June explained that Alana made $60,000 from the show, but after taxes, she was actually given around $35,000. She said she put 20 percent of the money into Alana’s account. This is what she was allegedly told to do by financial advisors.
Mama June revealed that the other money she put into the account was what she and Alana earned during their 2019 appearance on The Masked Singer. In an episode of Family Crisis from March, Alana and her sister, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird were shocked to find only $33,000 in the Coogan account.
Despite being confronted by her daughters about why the numbers didn’t add up, June denied doing anything wrong. When she spoke to Entertainment Tonight, she claimed that everyone would see the truth on the season six finale episode.
However, when the season finale aired on April 12th, that’s not exactly what happened. According to People Magazine, once Alana turned 18, she realized just how much their mom had taken from the account.
Mama June “Reinvested” the Money in Alana
Pumpkin obtained copies of all of the tax forms, contracts, and bank statements from Alana’s earnings and her account. It turns out that June had reportedly lied about how much money Alana made from Dancing With the Stars. Apparently, $35,000 was missing.
June eventually admitted that she spent the money, but refused to pay any of it back to Alana. During a recent interview with the Daily Mail, she tried to clear her name by responding to the criticism she’s received.
June explained that she used the $35,000 to allegedly pay for Alana and herself to stay in California while Dancing With the Stars was being filmed. She said that a lot of the money went towards getting Alana’s nails and lashes done for the show.
June also mentioned that she didn’t have much money, so she spent some of Alana’s earnings on supporting the family. But she maintained that whatever money she spent had been used to “reinvest” in Alana.
June claimed that she only spent $30,000 from her daughter’s account. In her opinion, that is “not a lot of money.” She said that she legally shouldn’t have to pay any of that back. June added that Alana isn’t broke anyway, because she supposedly has “over $200,000.”
June definitely wasn’t seeing eye-to-eye with her daughters in the season finale. She has continued to defend her very questionable actions. We’ll have to wait and see if they’re able to resolve the issue, or if Alana will end up taking June to court.
Maci Bookout McKinney and Ryan Edwards’ son, Bentley, is turning 16 later this year. Now, he’s starting to think about what he wants to do after he graduates high school.
During an interview with In Touch, Maci and her husband, Taylor McKinney, opened up about Bentley’s goals for the future. It turns out, he’s already been making tentative plans to continue his education.
Bentley is on his school’s wrestling, baseball, and golf teams, so, unsurprisingly, he’s hoping to play sports after high school. Maci explained he plans to “get an athletic scholarship and possibly an academic scholarship” to cover the costs of college.
She also revealed that Bentley is keeping an open mind about many aspects of college. However, there is one thing he definitely doesn’t want to do. Even though he’s enjoyed being on his high school wrestling team, he apparently has no interest in continuing the sport after graduation.
Maci admitted that Bentley doesn’t want to wrestle in college, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like the sport anymore. She said that being in wrestling has helped him make improvements in other sports. It has made him better at “being a human being too.”
The University of Tennessee is a Possibility for Bentley
Maci added that the sport Bentley would want to play most after high school is baseball, although “golf would be a very close second.” When it comes to the specific college he hopes to attend, those details are still up in the air.
Taylor mentioned that Bentley has shown a lot of interest in going to the University of Tennessee. Regardless of which campus he would attend, it wouldn’t be too far from Maci and Taylor’s home in Chattanooga. However, Bentley has also been floating around the idea of applying to colleges in different states.
Maci said that while Bentley has a couple of colleges in mind that “would be a dream” of his to go to, nothing is “set in stone just yet.” She explained that right now, he just wants to go to college and play for one of the school’s sports teams. He’s determined to make it happen, and it sounds like he’s taken high school pretty seriously.
Fortunately, Bentley has proven that he’s a very talented athlete and, so far, he’s done really well in school. Once he decides which colleges to apply to, hopefully, he’ll be accepted into all of them so he can have his pick.
It’s hard to believe that Bentley is already in high school and thinking about his plans for the future. But in just a few years, he’ll be graduating and getting ready to leave for college. We’ll just have to wait and see if he’ll go to a school close to home in Tennessee, or end up leaving the state to follow his college dreams.
Rumors that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are headed for divorce have been going around for several months. But just recently, Gwen opened up about her marriage. She finally addressed the speculations that she and Blake are splitting up.
In a new interview with Nylon Magazine, Gwen claimed that the divorce rumors are nothing but lies. She explained that they know what the truth is. They love each other and know how well their core values are aligned.
Gwen mentioned that those are also the reasons no outside negativity can affect the bond that she and Blake have. But apparently, that doesn’t mean she’s always been completely confident about their future together.

Gwen claimed that she was so vulnerable about her feelings when she wrote “Purple Irises,” because she had only created it for herself and Blake. But he asked her if they could record the song together. She agreed, which is how it ultimately became a duet.
Gwen revealed that even though she’s battled with her own mind about what the future will hold for her and Blake, deep down she knows that it’s just her overthinking. She admitted that the insecurities that sometimes pop up definitely don’t reflect the truth about their marriage.

Recently, Todd Beasley exposed My Big Fat Fabulous Life for being fake. He replied to a comment on his social media. What he said about the show and how much of it is actually scripted is just insane.
Todd is a fan-favorite character on My Big Fat Fabulous Life. He and Whitney have been friends for a really long time now. So, it’s kind of shocking that he recently criticized Whitney’s show for being completely fake.
It all actually technically started several years ago. But Todd’s comments about the show are only coming to the surface now.
Todd Was Accused of Being Disrespectful
Someone on Reddit recently noticed that Todd replied to a comment on his Instagram. This comment was left on Todd’s latest post, which was a selfie he shared in November 2019. Todd hasn’t posted anything new to his Instagram since then, but some people still leave comments under his old posts to this day.
One person actually left a very specific comment three years after the post was made, in October 2022. This person wrote: “Seriously why are you always late? It’s disrespectful how late you are and it seems like it’s every single time. Come on! You can do better!”
It’s not clear if they were actually hoping that Todd would see the comment. For a long time, it seemed like he wouldn’t. But then, just a couple of months ago, he suddenly decided to reply to this person.
He wrote: “When was I late? If I was it’s cuz they tell me the wrong start time on purpose to make it look that way I suppose in an effort to make things seem more interesting? Idk sounds boring to me.”
Todd also acknowledged that he was responding to this about a year later. In another comment, he said: “PS: Sorry for the late reply.”
This comment went unnoticed by most people for quite a while. As of right now, there are still only two responses to what Todd said.
Whitney’s Relationships Never Seemed Genuine
However, just a few weeks ago, Reddit user adoginahumansbody shared screenshots of this comment on the r/MyBigFatFabulousLife subreddit. The title of the user’s post was: “Even Todd being late is scripted.” This is what really kicked off the drama.
The screenshot started going around the internet, with different media outlets reporting on what Todd revealed. Honestly, it makes sense that everyone started talking about it. I mean, we’ve all suspected that the show is pretty fake and scripted for a while now.
Many of Whitney’s relationships haven’t exactly seemed genuine. From her supposed romance with The Frenchman to her bizarre virtual date with a man named Kenny and more, many people haven’t been buying the storylines we’ve seen on the show.
Now, it seems like we finally have proof that the show is actually pretty fake. I mean, if what Todd said is true, then the producers will do anything to create some sort of drama, even if it means giving people incorrect information on purpose.
That’s pretty crazy for so many reasons. First of all, if even details as small as that are fake, how much of the show is actually real?
Todd is supposed to be her friend. The two of them have been close since high school. They have a lot in common, including their passion for dance.
Todd has always been there for Whitney, even though it can’t have been easy. So, what are her thoughts on what he revealed?
Whitney Never Commented of Todd Receiving Hate
You have to remember that Todd only wrote that comment after someone accused him of always being late. He was called disrespectful by the original commenter. Except that’s not true, at least according to Todd.
It’s hard to imagine that this was the only negative comment he ever got about what we’ve seen on the show. So, you have to wonder – how does Whitney feel about her friend receiving hate for something he didn’t do? I mean, I can’t imagine that she’s completely in the dark about this.
First of all, I feel like she and Todd would’ve probably talked about it before. It would be kind of strange if he never mentioned this to her, especially if he was getting criticized online for other people’s decisions.
But second of all, this is Whitney’s show. She’s probably more involved in some of these decisions than we might think.
Even if she isn’t the one who makes these choices, she probably knows about them, right? Which just makes it all so much more questionable.
Whitney Seems to Care More About the Show Than Todd
In Todd’s Instagram comment, he said that it sounded boring to him. He seemed like he didn’t care too much about all the drama.
It’s not like he doesn’t care about the mean comments at all. Otherwise, he probably wouldn’t have defended himself in the first place. So, you have to assume that it bothers him at least a little bit.
If that’s the case, then it makes Whitney look like a little bit of a bad friend. Does she care more about the show than about her friend’s well-being?
To be honest, I feel like that might be the case, at least to some extent. After he responded to the initial negative comment about him always being late, another person joined the conversation.
They wrote: “The whole party looked boring… still hurtful to be excluded and gaslit. Ps – she totally did say it was for both your party, and your past joint parties have definitely been aired/discussed. I thought it was an intentionally selfish move on her part.”
This comment was referring to a birthday party that Todd and Whitney had on a recent season of the show. It was supposed to be a shared birthday party. But after Todd got there, he quickly realized that all the attention seemed to be on Whitney, which he found pretty frustrating.
The Instagram commenter criticized Whitney for how she treated Todd during the party. The crazy thing is that Todd actually liked that comment.
He didn’t respond to it or say anything else about it, but the fact that he liked it kind of speaks volumes. I mean, why would he do that if he didn’t agree with it at least a little bit?
Todd and Whitney’s Relationship Could Be at Risk
If he does agree with it, what does that say about his and Whitney’s friendship? Is it possible that they might be falling apart?
Not too long ago, Whitney had some drama with her friend Heather. It looks like they might not even be on speaking terms anymore. So, is Whitney’s friendship with Todd also headed in the same direction?
If she keeps treating him like nothing more than a side character in her TV show, then sooner or later, he might leave her, too. I just feel like it’s not really okay for her to do these things to him.
She should’ve treated him better at their birthday party. I think we can all also agree that it’s not okay to just lie to people on purpose to create some reality TV drama.

In March 2024, Kelly Clarkson filed a lawsuit against her ex, claiming that he should pay her more than the $2.6 million that a California labor commissioner originally ruled that he owed her.
Pagesix reported that Brandon Blackstock is now fighting back, and he has denied each and every allegation that Kelly made in the filing.

According to the court documents obtained by the news outlet, Brandon’s lawyers made the argument that the case should be dismissed.
Because the labor commissioner made his ruling back in November 2023, and Kelly did not file a notice of appeal within ten days from when that decision was made.
Brandon’s attorneys reportedly said that since his ex wife was filing a separate lawsuit months later, she no longer had the right to request more money from him.
The documents also claimed that Kelly’s complaint failed to state facts sufficient to serve as a cause of action against Brandon’s management firm Starstruck.
A report by PEOPLE revealed that Brandon had already appealed the previous case his wife had taken up against him in 2023, a hearing has been scheduled for August.
His lawyers pointed out in the latest court documents that any ‘alleged illegal procurement’, as they referred to it, had already been paid out to Kelly.
Did Brandon Overcharge Kelly by Millions?
When covering the original case that she brought against her ex husband, TMZ reported that Brandon had allegedly overcharged Kelly by millions when he was her manager.
He reportedly booked her jobs and signed deals for her, when legally, only licensed agents can do those kinds of procedures for their talent, not managers.
Brandon allegedly collected fees for the bookings that he made, which the labor commissioner ordered him to pay back, amounting to the $2.6 million that they felt that Kelly was owed.
Why is Kelly Asking For More Money From Her Ex?
But Kelly is now asking for more than that. According to BillBoard, the lawsuit she filed in March states that she’s seeking an order that would mean the return of:
Any and all commissions, fees, profits, advances, producing fees or other monies that she paid to Starstruck, dating back to when she first signed with the management firm in 2007.
This means the singer has asked the court to order a complete accounting from Starstruck to find out if she is owed more than the $2.6 million they were ordered to pay her.
One of US Weekly’s sources claimed that filing this lawsuit against Brandon had nothing to do with Kelly’s alimony payments.
It was about fighting for what she felt was right and owed to her.
The insider added that Kelly knew that she could never completely wash her hands of Brandon because he was her children’s father, but she also wouldn’t be taken advantage of.
Brandon’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, spoke to the Rolling Stone about Kelly’s latest case against his client.
He said that it was morally, ethically and legally wrong to attempt to get monies back from her ex-husband.
He added that Brandon helped her as her manager and also used those earnings on their children and Kelly and Brandon’s lifestyle during the marriage.
They claimed that they’d invested a great deal of time, money, energy, and dedication into her career and were responsible for turning her into a mega superstar.
As a result of the couple’s divorce, Kelly was ordered by the court to pay spousal support of $115,000 a month to her ex-husband until January 2024.
A source told US Weekly at the start of this year that Kelly was feeling relieved that her spousal support to Brandon had come to an end.
She reportedly was looking at it as a fresh start and she couldn’t be happier for a clean slate in 2024.
