Diddy has been a constant in the news for a while now. The more times he pops up on the news, the more names are associated with him and the scandal.
One of the most recent names associated with Diddy happens to be Daphne Joy. If you’re wondering who Daphne is, well let’s just say she’s 50 Cent’s ex-girlfriend. And you are not going to believe how Daphne got entangled with Diddy.
But first Daphne isn’t just 50 Cent’s ex. She’s a model and has been in a few movies here and there. She was even a mermaid in one of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and also has a swimwear line.
Between 2010 and 2013, Daphne dated 50 Cent and in 2012, she gave birth to their son, Sire Jackson. Not long after giving birth to their son, Daphne, and 50 Cent started having troubles in their relationship.
After a while, they decided to call it quits and co-parent together. For the most part, 50 Cent and Daphne have been doing a pretty good job. But then things started to get shaky in 2021.
It was because of photos of Diddy and Daphne looking very comfortable together that spread like wildfire. They were also sparking rumors that Diddy and Daphne were seeing each other.
Now at this point, neither Daphne nor Diddy came out to say anything about their relationship. But it didn’t do anything to help slow down the rumor that they were dating.
50 Cent Was Really Chill About the Situation
So when the rumors of Diddy dating his baby mama got around to 50 Cent, well, everyone expected 50 Cent to say something and he did. But I don’t think anyone was expecting what 50 Cent had to say about the rumors.
Now, in case you don’t know, let’s just say that 50 Cent is an expert troll. So everyone expected 50 Cent to drop a roasting remark.
I mean if 50 Cent did that, no one would bat an eye. But instead 50 Cent seemed nonchalant about the news.
He reacted to the news on an Instagram post. He basically said that even though he and Diddy have been feuding for years over music and business, he doesn’t care if Diddy is dating Daphne. According to 50 Cent, “If he like the girl, he like the girl”
Now when everyone saw this response, it was a bit shocking because no one expected 50 Cent to be that chill about it. But then one year later, the 50 Cent we all know came out.
It happened in 2022; before now, the rumors of Diddy and Daphne dating had died down. Since neither Diddy nor Daphne confirmed if they were dating, everyone was left to decide if they believed the rumors or not.
But the rumor started circling again when Daphne posted clips of herself at the iHeart Music Radio festival. According to The Sun, Daphne made a video of herself in front of the stage.
Now you might be wondering why this would spark the rumors again. Well turns out Diddy was going to be performing at the festival.
50 Cent Shaded Diddy and Daphne on Social Media
Now you might be thinking, well it might just be a coincidence. But something else happened because just after the festival, Daphne posted a picture of herself in a private jet.
Guess who else posted pictures of himself in that same private jet? Well if you guessed Diddy, you’re right.
At this point, the rumor was at its strongest. And then 50 Cent decided to enter the picture.
50 Cent posted a picture of himself and his son, Sire wearing matching yellow sunglasses and looking right at the camera. Which is pretty harmless until you get to the caption that 50 Cent wrote. In the caption, 50 Cent made it seem like Sire and him were looking at Daphne while she was hanging out with Diddy.

And it didn’t stop there, because in the very next line, 50 Cent was apparently reminding Sire of what he had told him earlier about people being crazy. It was pretty obvious that 50 Cent didn’t care for who Daphne was hanging out with.
This led Daphne to comment on the post that she disapproved of how 50 Cent was referencing her. Not just that but instead 50 Cent should focus on how good of a mother she has been to their son. And also to respect her choice to keep her personal life personal.
Yet 50 Cent’s post had all but confirmed her relationship with Diddy at the time. But then again a lot of people understood where 50 Cent was coming from.
It’s a bit below the belt to co-parent your child with your baby daddy, and then start dating one of his biggest enemies. But at the same time, it is pretty obvious that 50 Cent might have taken it too far then.
Daphne Just Wants to Be Left Alone
Even Daphne felt the need to speak out about what 50 Cent had done. So Daphne made a post because she felt the narrative about her seeing Diddy was very wrong and she was getting attacked for it.
In the post, Daphne explained that she had dated 50 Cent and they had a child. Since their split, she has been taking good care of their son.
She just wants to be happy and left alone. Life happened to lead her to Diddy, and Daphne felt that it was wrong that she was being made to look like the bad guy for it.
Well, all this drama happened back in 2022 but when Daphne was listed in the lawsuit against Diddy, it all resurfaced again. And when I say all, it includes 50 Cent’s trolling.
Except this time Daphne was not mentioned as Diddy’s girlfriend or ex-girlfriend. Nope, it was worse because it was alleged that Daphne was one of the females that Diddy paid to work for him.
But when I say work, I mean be an escort if you know what I mean. If it’s still a bit unclear, think about the world’s oldest profession.
50 Cent Is Seeking Full Custody of Sire
Now since this happened, 50 Cent started trolling Daphne. I mean before now, 50 Cent was a bit focused on just Diddy.
But when word got out that even back then Diddy and Daphne’s might have been more transactional than what everyone else thought. Well, let’s just say 50 Cent has been going out of his way to let everyone know what Daphne was referred to as in the lawsuit.
And it’s not just on social media. Clips are circulating with 50 Cent referencing Daphne in a not-so-nice way while on stage.
And just like last time, Daphne has had something to say back to 50 Cent. But no one was ready for what Daphne had to say.
She started by calling out 50 Cent by his government name and then went ahead to allege that despite what was said about her relationship with Diddy, her relationship with 50 Cent was more chaotic. Daphne went on to allege that while she was with 50 Cent, he had put his hands on her. And not just that, according to Daphne, 50 Cent had allegedly forced himself on her but yet he was coming to mock her despite what had happened in their relationship.
At this point, it looks like Daphne has given up on having something amicable with 50 Cent. But after what Daphne alleged, 50 Cent’s legal team came out to debunk what Daphne said.
That’s not where they are stopping because with all that is going on now with Daphne and Diddy, 50 Cent has filed a lawsuit seeking full custody of Sire. Through all this drama since 2021, Diddy hasn’t made a statement about his relationship with Daphne. I guess knowing he got to 50 Cent’s baby mama is another thing Diddy has over 50 Cent.
