On April 24th, In Touch published an update on Wynonna Judd, claiming she’s in “turmoil.”
If these allegations are the real truth, Wynonna is experiencing a monumental downfall, and it’s all because of personal tragedies and what In Touch calls her “financial woes.”
The In Touch “In Exclusive” claimed that sources close to Wynonna talked to them and nobody else.
Wynonna is ‘On the Brink of Emotional Collapse’
Sources alleged that Wynonna is “on the brink of emotional collapse,” and three different but equally troubling issues are ruining her mental health.
First was the passing of Wynonna’s mom, fellow country superstar Naomi Judd, in 2022. It’s common knowledge that Naomi passed away from a self-inflicted wound, but secretly, Naomi’s loss is still haunting Wynonna.
Wynonna has always had a twisted relationship with her daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley. On April 5th, Grace was arrested in Elmore County, Alabama, and charged with exposing her body to drivers at the intersection of Highway 14 and Interstate 65 in Millbrook.
Then there are what In Touch calls Wynonna’s “money fears.” Shockingly, a source told In Touch that Wynonna has “teetered on the edge of bankruptcy several times.”
The insider also alleged that Wynonna “feels she has to stay on the road doing concerts” because she’s that broke, and that’s the only way she can “keep the wolves from the door.”
It may sound like that insider was throwing shade, but they offered one heartbreaking piece of advice that Wynonna is probably not listening to. The insider claimed that Wynonna “should be taking a step back and sorting out her feelings” for her “mental well-being.”
Wynonna’s Daughter’s, Grace, Crimes
Wynonna wasn’t happily married to Grace’s dad, Arch Kelly, and they divorced decades ago when Grace was still a toddler. Allegedly, Grace and Wynonna have always had a “terrible relationship,” and Grace frequently ran away from home, sometimes escaping to her Aunt Ashley’s house (Ashley Judd is Wynonna’s movie star sister).

Elmore County sheriffs allege that 27-year-old Grace was “flashing drivers on an Alabama highway,” and shockingly, In Touch reported that Grace has “already served five prison stints” for possessing and distributing illegal substances, as well as violating probation.

In Touch reported that Grace is denying “the latest allegations,” and she’s insisting she wasn’t acting “indecently and was merely looking for a ride” when the sheriffs spotted her unclothed on the highway.
Why Wynonna is Preparing ‘To Raise Her Granddaughter Herself’
Although Grace is clearly struggling, Wynonna’s family burden is allegedly even heavier on her because Grace has a two-year-old daughter named Kaliyah Chanel. This little girl is Wynonna’s only grandchild, and sources told In Touch that Wynonna is also “tied up in knots” over what’s happening to Grace because of Kaliyah.
Wynonna is now 60 years old, and the source told In Touch that Wynonna is making preparations “to raise her granddaughter herself” if Grace is sentenced to another lengthy prison term.
This stress is allegedly making everything even worse for Wynonna. The source claimed that raising a toddler at Wynonna’s age is a “very daunting position, and it weighs heavily on her.”
Other sources, like OK Magazine, have reported “family secrets” and scandalous details about Naomi and Wynonna’s twisted relationship. They weren’t just a mother and daughter; they were a superstar duet in country music for decades.
When Naomi took her own life at age 76, it allegedly became clear that her relationship with Wynonna was as fractured as ever. In Touch even claimed that Naomi left a note behind that included a warning.
Naomi Warned People That Wynonna Shouldn’t Attend Her Funeral
Shockingly, Naomi warned people that Wynonna should NOT be allowed to attend her funeral. Naomi also wrote that Wynonna is “mentally ill!”
Many people at the recent CMA Awards observed that Wynonna seemed “on the verge of collapse,” especially during her shaky performance with Jelly Roll at the televised awards ceremony.

Wynonna ‘Even Went to Rehab for a Spending Addiction’
This source alleged that Wynonna “earned millions with The Judds and her solo career.” Still, they also claimed that Wynnona had blown through her fortune, and shockingly, Wynonna “even went to rehab for a spending addiction.”
Apparently, Wynonna’s only bright spot is her 11-year marriage to drummer Cactus Moser. But In Touch spoke to another alleged “pal” of Wynonna, who claimed that Wynonna “can lash out” at Cactus “when he’s doing his best” to help her.
This “pal” added, “All you can do is pray for better days” for Wynonna “while fearing the worst.”
