Jenn Harley, the ex girlfriend of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, is going through some new and shocking relationship problems.
A few days ago, Jenn’s new partner Joe Ambriosole was arrested for strong armed robbery.
The news was first reported by Page Six, who revealed that Joe was taken into custody on May 26.
He was then charged with a felony according to court records.
The 36-year-old was booked in jail and later released on a thousand dollar bond.
Joe’s Lawyer Described Client’s Arrest As ‘Peculiar’
He made his first court appearance the following day, and his arraignment hearing is reportedly due to take place later this month.
Page Six reached out to Joe’s lawyer for comment, who described his client’s arrest as “peculiar.”
The attorney went on to say that it was “unfortunate that Mr. Abrosole has been arrested for something that allegedly occurred over 18 months ago.”
He continued, “My client unequivocally denies these allegations and looks forward to exercising his right to a jury trial.”
This was Joe’s second arrest in less than two months.
It was previously reported by Page Six that Joe had been arrested for a physical attack he allegedly perpetrated on Jenn.
Jenn Harley and Joe Ambriosole’s Custody Battle
This was connected to the on again off again couple’s ongoing custody battle.
Court documents stated that Joe had filed a petition for paternity in April in an attempt to stop Jenn from leaving the country with their son.
This came about after Jenn had allegedly run away to Las Vegas with the 6-month-old Jayden.
The court documents went on to state that Jenn had obtained a “stay away order” against Joe.
This was obtained after his arrest for DV on April 15.
Jenn Claimed Joe ‘Repeatedly’ Banged Her Head Against Stove …
Page Six reported that an altercation between the two started after Jenn refused to tell Joe who she was texting while they were trying to be intimate.
Jenn claimed in the court document that Joe “pinned her head down to the bed,” before he dragged her “down the stairs by her hair.”
The allegations then got even more horrific.
Jenn claimed that Joe then “repeatedly” banged her head against the stove, refrigerator and dining room wall.
Officers eventually arrived at the house after being called to the scene by a neighbor.
The cops later told the court that Jenn had “visible injuries” to her face and was bleeding from the back of the head.
Jenn even claimed that she had been choked to the point where she “began to black out.”
Joe was also booked for felony assault with a deadly weapon, as Jenn alleged that he had actually held a knife to her neck.
After his arrest, Joe claimed that he was no longer able to have any contact with his son.
He stated that he had tried to “work out a temporary time sharing schedule” for their kid, but Jenn had ignored it.
Jenn Arrested For Holding ‘A Loaded Pistol’ Against Joe’s Head
The entrepreneur shared his concern that Jenn would leave the United States with Jayden.
He told the court that Jenn had planned to travel to London and Turkey to undergo “two different cosmetic surgeries.”
He went on to refer to some dark spots in Jenn’s past, mentioning her “long history of alcohol abuse” as well as “several stints” in rehab.

Joe also referred to a shocking incident in 2021, when Jenn was arrested for holding “a loaded pistol” against his head.
This incident, Joe claimed, was why Jenn’s ex, Ronnie, had primary custody of their daughter Ariana.
Jenn also has a 17-year-old son called Mason who she shares with her ex-husband, Joshua Rogers.
Jenn and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s Relationship
While she was dating Ronnie, Jenn was also seen on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
At the show’s premiere in 2018, Ronnie talked about how excited it was to think about his journey to fatherhood with Jenn.
They welcomed their daughter the following April.
But just a few weeks later, fans of the show watched Ronnie get a little too close for comfort with a woman he brought home from the club in Miami.
The incident actually occurred when Jenn was still several months pregnant back in Las Vegas.
Pauly D intervened when Ronnie and the anonymous woman arrived back at the house, and Ronnie regretted his actions the next day.
Ronnie and Jenn’s relationship continued to be a rollercoaster, with the two engaging in public feuds and arguments over social media.
At one point, Jenn went live on Instagram in the middle of an argument with Ronnie.
Ronnie could be heard in the background saying to Jenn, “Put your hands on me again.”
The video ended in a physical tussle as Ronnie apparently tried to wrestle Jenn’s phone away from her.
Jenn Allegedly Dragged Ronnie With Her Car
In June 2018, Jenn was arrested for battery after an incident in which she allegedly briefly dragged Ronnie with her car.
Their daughter was reportedly in the back seat at the time.
However, it was later confirmed that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute her.
Weeks later, the couple were back together, and even celebrated Fourth of July as a family.
But it wouldn’t last, with a series of further allegations of physical altercations ensuing before they finally broke up for good in 2019.
But in the years since, Jenn has continued to find herself in all kinds of ugly situations.
And now it looks like her newest partner Joe might become a convicted felon.
Ronnie’s Ex’s, Sammi, Thoughts About Reuniting With Ronnie
For his part, Ronnie recently returned to the spotlight for a brief appearance on the latest season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola has recently opened up about what it was like to return to filming Jersey Shore with Ronnie after over ten years away from the show.
In an exclusive conversation with the outlet TooFab, Sammi talked about coming back to star with the rest of the cast.
In particular, she shared how she felt about having to be reunited with her ex, Ronnie.
Sammi made it clear that she was not too thrilled about having to come face to face with Ronnie again.
She told tooFab, “Like, it’s not ideal. I wasn’t looking forward to it, but I did know that if I were to come back on this show again, that this could be a possibility.”
Sammi added, “I mean, it’s a given. And I was like, listen, this person doesn’t affect my life anymore.”
And she even described being back around Ronnie as being like “just working with a coworker”.
However, she also made it clear that it wasn’t plain sailing.
Sammi told TooFab, “I’m not happy about it, but it is what it is and you’re gonna see me kind of navigate through that a little bit on this season.”
Sammi gave her interview ahead of Jersey Shore’s long awaited return to the screen.
Unlike her fellow cast members, it took Sammi years to come back for Family Vacation.
Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola Reportedly ‘Avoided’ Ronnie
The follow up series started way back in 2018, but it wasn’t until the sixth season that Sammi felt comfortable taking part.
According to TooFab, Sammi refused to return until Ronnie stepped away from the show following legal and mental health issues.
Ronnie later returned to Family Vacation, and apologized to his co-stars for what he had put them through.
However, Sammi reportedly “avoided” him.
She also told TooFab that she was not hoping for a similar apology from Ronnie herself.
When asked, she said, “Hell no! There’s nothing that needs to be said.”
Whatever problems Ronnie might still be facing in his life, Sammi clearly wants no part in it.
Jenn, meanwhile, might still be stuck in the middle of the most recent disturbing charges laid against Joe.
