Miranda Lambert’s Reaction to Husband Cheating

Miranda Lambert has remained silent about claims that her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, cheated on her. Now she has spoken up about the claims, sharing her views on the flirtatious dancing, and what it means for her marriage.

Miranda Lambert’s Husband Caught Flirty Dancing

The former police officer was caught dancing in a flirtatious manner during a bachelorette party. All of this was caught on video, with women in the clip claiming that it was an innocent moment. Many of those in the video have defended him, but it is not enough for Lambert.

According to Fox News, the women in the video explained that the situation was out of the blue and “innocent.” One woman shared that they happened to be in the bar and saw him in the roped-off area. They asked for photos and hoped that Miranda would be there.

After that, the bachelorette party was invited into the roped-off area. Throughout the night, McLoughlin reportedly never said anything inappropriate and didn’t make the women feel uncomfortable.

When it came to a point in the video of a woman putting her hands on McLoughlin’s face, she shared that she didn’t know why she did it. She does it out of habit, and she believes it was more “motherly” than flirty.

Miranda Lambert is ‘Embarrassed’

A source told In Touch that Miranda has spoken to her husband about the situation, according to She Knows. The country singer is “embarrassed” by the entire encounter, and she reportedly gave him “an earful” about it. She also feels that had she been there that night, McLoughlin would have acted in a completely different way.

The source shared, “I’m sure Brendan is in the doghouse, and rightfully so. He definitely crossed the line.”

The singer’s attitude toward the situation is due to issues in McLoughlin’s past. The former cop has a past that involves cheating. This was a serious issue for Lambert, and it was something that the two discussed at length before getting married. Lambert needed to know that he would take his marriage vows as seriously as she would.

Past Infidelity Issues 

However, Lambert has her own past involving infidelity. She and her ex-husband Blake Shelton met and fell in love with each other while Shelton was married to his first wife, Kaynette Gern. Things weren’t happy for the two of them, though. Shelton’s The Voice filming schedule and the two touring on separate tours led to a strained marriage. Shelton later believed that his wife was cheating on him with country singer Chris Young. There were also claims that Shelton cheated on Lambert. All of this will leave fears of infidelity in a subsequent marriage.

Lambert has still not spoken out publicly about the situation. Friends have spoken in the past about how Lambert prefers to keep her relationships out of the limelight, and that is what she is doing here. It doesn’t mean she is letting her husband get away with embarrassing her.
