Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s “adult man and underage girl” relationship was criticized during his lifetime, and the real truth about Priscilla’s cheating during their twisted marriage has been exposed.
It’s no secret that Elvis was a legendary womanizer, single or married. But behind closed doors, his unfaithfulness got so bad that Priscilla had enough. Surprisingly, Priscilla found what she was craving in the arms of her former karate instructor, Mike Stone.

Elvis Presley’s Cousin, Billy Smith, Said Priscilla Broke Elvis’ Heart
Elvis allegedly made unbelievable confessions to his cousin, Billy Smith, about how Priscilla had broken his heart. The UK’s Daily Express revealed what Elvis said because Billy dropped the bombshell on his YouTube channel, Elvis Fans Matter.
Elvis and Billy shared a bedroom as children, and Billy belonged to Elvis’s infamous friend group, the Memphis Mafia.
On Elvis Fans Matter, Billy told his wife, Jo, the shocking confessions that Elvis allegedly made just a few months before the August 1977 heart attack that took his life. Billy said, “I thought, wow, he’s never opened up like this before.”
Strangely, Elvis set the record straight with Billy in his daughter Lisa Marie’s bedroom at his Graceland mansion. At the time, Elvis and Priscilla were divorced but successfully co-parenting Lisa Marie, and Billy even wondered if they might get back together. That’s when Elvis revealed his shocking side of the story.

Billy alleged that Elvis told him, “I just don’t ever foresee [Priscilla and I] getting back together,” and Elvis claimed, “There were way too many bridges being burned behind me,” and he would “never go down that road again.”
Allegedly, Elvis did confess that he “enjoyed” being married to Priscilla “for a short time.” Still, Billy also alleged that Elvis said he’d “found out” that Priscilla “was seeing another guy,” and Elvis admitted, “It broke my heart.”
There were many shocking bits about Elvis’s confession to Billy, like when he allegedly admitted that his “pride and ego” made him want to take Mike’s life, even though Priscilla knew that Elvis had been unfaithful with many other women.
After Elvis dropped this unbelievable truth bomb, Billy asked Elvis an even crazier question: did he still love Priscilla? While Elvis allegedly told the truth again, it sounded even more unbelievable.
Billy claimed that Elvis still loved Priscilla “like a lot of the women I went with.” Elvis explained, “I love Priscilla and always will in a lot of ways. We’ve got a daughter together, but as far as ever getting back together? That’ll never happen.”
Priscilla Threw Major Shade at Elvis In Her Book
Many years after their divorce, Priscilla told her side of the story in a shocking bestseller called “Elvis and Me.” While Priscilla claimed that she and Elvis still loved each other until he passed away, she also threw major shade at her ex-husband and his allegedly “controlling ways” that drove her to cheat during their marriage.
Priscilla alleged that Elvis played mind games on her when she was still a teenager and he was a decade older. At one point, Priscilla found secret love letters from other women to Elvis, and Priscilla admitted that she was enraged.
But when Priscilla confronted Elvis about possibly cheating on her, she realized he’d made up a convenient excuse. Over the phone, he told Priscilla that he was “totally innocent” and the girls were “just fans.”
This wasn’t the first time that Elvis allegedly made up an excuse about the cheating rumors, and shockingly, Priscilla claimed, “In the end, I apologized for putting him on the spot.”
The real truth was that Elvis slept with many “fans” and also with his famous co-stars, including Ann-Margret. At one point, a news story broke that Elvis had proposed to Ann-Margret, and instead of being honest with Priscilla, he sent her back to Memphis and an isolated life at Graceland.

Priscilla Accused Elvis of Kicking Her Out
In her book, Priscilla even accused Elvis of threatening to send her back to her parent’s house to live. She alleged that he told her, “You’re getting a little too aggressive and demanding. It might be a good idea if you visited your parents for a while.”
Priscilla claimed that Elvis “threw her clothes into a suitcase and told an employee to buy her” a plane ticket. When Priscilla began to weep, Elvis said he “hadn’t been serious.”
She wrote, “I was relieved and happy to be back in his arms. Anything he’d have said would have made sense to me in that moment.”
Although Priscilla was later forced to realize that Elvis was just controlling her, Billy also alleged that Elvis confessed to him privately, “I should never ever have been married. I don’t think I’ll ever go down that road again.”
