Dr. Dre reportedly had a secret child with his alleged mistress Kili Anderson. For over a decade, tabloids have run with the story that the pair had a child together during their relationship. But a 2019 lawsuit may have just revealed everything.
Dr. Dre is one of the most influential people in the hip-hop industry. He’s a former member of the rap group N.W.A and helped launch Eminem’s career. He’s also an accomplished solo artist, who has won countless awards and sold millions of records throughout his career.
He was married to Nicole Young for well over 20 years before she filed for divorce in 2020, saying that she was abused by Dr. Dre throughout the marriage. He has denied this allegation. The two officially divorced in 2021 and Dr. Dre paid her a reported $100 million in the divorce settlement.

During their divorce proceedings, several of Dr. Dre’s alleged mistresses were brought in to be questioned. Among them were Kili Anderson, Jillian Speer, and Crystal Rogers. The trio tried their best to avoid becoming involved in the case, but they were eventually deposed.
Also, each of the three was fined $2,500 for resisting the efforts to bring them in for questioning. Young and her attorneys wanted the women brought in to ask about their alleged relationships with Dr. Dre, and whether he provided them with money and gifts.
Beginning in 2013, rumors began circulating that Dr. Dre was having an affair with Anderson and that the pair had a child together. He has since denied these allegations.
Anderson’s Legal Battle Exposed Everything
However, Dr. Dre’s name came up in some legal files regarding a case that Anderson was involved with in 2019. A former employee of Anderson’s tanning salon, The Body Bakery, sued her and the company for wrongful termination.
The files said that Anderson was in a relationship with Dr. Dre and that they had a child together. As such, she required all employees to sign an agreement stating they wouldn’t pry into her personal life or relationship with Dr. Dre. It also said that anything they learned about the relationship would be kept private.

However, the plaintiff in the 2019 case frequently violated this agreement by asking other employees what they knew about Anderson, her child, and her relationship with Dr. Dre. As a result, they were fired and subsequently sued the company, which Anderson’s lawyers claimed was a shakedown for money. Because of her connection to Dr. Dre, they allege that the plaintiff sued her because they thought she had money.
While it’s unlikely Dr. Dre will ever admit it, there are certainly plenty of rumors to convince the public that he has a secret child with Kili Anderson.
