TI and Tiny were spotted at an Asian Fusion restaurant even though there’s an ugly lawsuit hanging over their heads.

It’s the first time the couple has been seen since the lawsuit was filed.
The couple were at the Asian Fusion restaurant called Crustacean, according to The Daily Mail.
They were pictured in the restaurant, seeming to enjoy their food and each other’s company.
Both were dressed casually, with TI wearing a designer bucket hat and Tiny wearing a green tracksuit.
When they left the restaurant, TI was carrying a large bag full of to-go food.
Anonymous Woman, ‘Jane Doe,’ Claimed TI & Tiny Assaulted Her
The couple seemed relaxed and happy despite a serious allegation against them.
Back in January, an anonymous woman going by Jane Doe filed a lawsuit against them that claimed they had assaulted her.
The crime occurred back in 2005, but Jane didn’t file a lawsuit against them until May 2021.

The police were investigating the crime at the time until the district attorney dismissed the case.
The crime was technically out of the 10-year statute of limitations, so the investigation couldn’t move forward.
TI and Tiny talked about the lawsuit, at the time, saying that they had been denying the allegations for three years already.
Jane Doe seemed to have been asking for some recompensation before she filed the lawsuit because TI and his wife said that they had been refusing their demands for three years.
TI and Tiny Called the Demands ‘Extortionate’
They called the demands “extortionate.”
They also said that they have remained firm in their story of what happened, while Jane Doe’s story has changed over time.
They proclaimed their innocence then, and they’re doing the same now.
Jane Doe filed another lawsuit under the Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act in California in 2024.
This law allows victims to file lawsuits regardless of how long it’s been since the crime happened.
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe said that she was at a nightclub with some friends when she was invited to the VIP section where TI and Tiny were partying.
There were other girls there, too.
She said that she had something to drink and one of the drinks she had was given to her by Tiny.
Eventually, the group of them left the nightclub and went to TI and Tiny’s hotel room.

She found herself alone with TI and Tiny at this point.
‘Jane Doe’ Claimed Tiny Did Physical Things to Her
They then had her take a shower with them, at which point she started to feel dizzy.
She recalled being taken to the bed and massaging TI while he watched adult material.
When she became too dizzy, she laid down and remembered Tiny doing physical things to her.
Jane Doe alleged that from there, she was assaulted.
Her lawsuit seeks an undisclosed amount of money from the couple.
The couple’s attorney has said that the allegations made by Jane Doe are bogus.
He also pointed out that it took her a long time to come forward with her allegations, making her miss the initial deadline to file a lawsuit.
Based on the vibe TI and Tiny were giving at the restaurant, they don’t seem bothered at all by the lawsuit hanging over their heads.
